Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched with tracking details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us to reschedule delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
